Based in Melbourne, Australia, Harley studied Media and Communications at the University of Canberra in 2001, taking a year off to travel to Brazil to study the Afro-Brazilian martial art, Capoeira. After returning to Australia and completing his degree he then moved to Melbourne to pursue his true interest, stunt performance. Joining Action Stunts Australia in March of 2004, Harley immediately excelled, and by late November he had already qualified as a Stunt Action Person (SAP).
For the past 4 - 5 years Harley has been actively studying and training Parkour, even traveling to the home of the discipline, France, in 2004. For Harley Parkour is not so much about the movement as it is about the reason or concept behind the movement. This has been something which has interested him since he was young, but now it has a name, a following, and a great purpose.
Harley's diverse skills set of martial arts, dance, stunt work and Parkour have led him to work many in formats from television, film and music video's, to stage productions and live demonstrations. He has excelled in all areas and enjoys the freedom to express himself through movement, in whatever form it may be.
