Trace elements is a diverse group of athletes, artists, performers, masters of movement and above all else, professionals.

What We do

Practitioners of Parkour, Freerunning, L’art du Déplacement and professional Stunts, Trace elements has worked both overseas and extensively in their home of Australia in many forms ranging from live performances and demonstrations, music video clips, performing as a street team, television commercials, corporate events, and feature films.

What We Provide

Trace elements has the unique ability to provide a complete package of performance and production.

Performing on the street with whatever is available, or on custom built scaffolding provided, constructed and pulled down by the team, all you need to do is provide a space.

With professional photography, video editing, direction and professional camera work, with stunt choreography for film and television also available, the Trace elements team is unparalleled in it’s ability to provide a complete and entirely flexible event package to whatever scale you require.

Thums Up Take 2

Harley and Chippa recently finished filming a new Thumbs Up TVC in Sydney. Once again they were doubling Indian Superstar Akshay Kumar.

Melbourne Fringe Festival - Drop and Roll

Preperations are almost complete for the upcoming show for the Melbourne Fringe Festival. Trace elemenst are helping the First Impressions Youth Theatre to put on a show demonstrating some of the different aspects of parkour and how they effect those new to and just learning the discipline.

Toyota Corolla TVC

Alex and Chippa have just finished filming for a new Toyota Corolla TVC featuring stunts and a little bit of Parkour. Though you won't be able to recognise them in the end as they will have kitten heads superimposed over their own. Should be an interesting commercial when it is finished!

Melbourne Fringe Festival

Trace Elements will be doing some performances for the Melbourne Fringe Festival this year at Federation Sqaure. The performances will be done in conjunction with the First Impressions Youth Theatre. The Australian Parkour Association has also provided assitance to the project by training the students from the theartre group. More details regarding the times and specific location of performances will be posted at a later date.

Mt. Buller TVC

Harley, Chippa and Morgz recently completed a TVC for Mt. Buller ski resort which has started airing on Televison recently. You can view the finished product in the Previous work section or on youtube

Run Melbourne

Harley, Chippa, Alex and Jamie will be doing a small performance for RUN Melbourne this Sunday between 0830 and 0930. It is to promote a new vitamin supplement developed by Space vitamins. The performance will be on the corner of St. Kilda Rd and Linlithgow Ave

Horsell Common

Alex and Jamie just wrapped filming for a new Horsell Common music video clip. they are featured as the stunt double for a couple of the band members.

The Knowing

Morgz, Harley and Chippa are currently working on The Knowing, a hollywood film being shot in Melbourne, it stars Nicholas Cage. While we are just doing 'normal' stunts and no parkour the Stunt coordinator has requested we get some Traceurs for one of the final shots of the film. Should be interesting!

Preparations for Fringe

TE are currently in talks about doing a show for the Melbourne Fringe Festival this year. Details are sketchy at the moment, but we will post further details when we have a more definite idea of what is happening.

Mt Buller Ad complete

Morgz, Harley and Chippa finished filming for an upcoming Mt Buller TVC. The TVC shows the boys trying to imitate ski moves around familiar places in Melbourne.

Rush filming complete

Morgz and Chippa recently completed work on an upcoming action/drama cop show. The job saw Chippa trying to escape from 6 policemen using his Parkour skills. We haven't been given a release date as yet, but will post details when we know them.

Sellout shows for GET A GRIP

Get a Grip was an outstanding success for everyone involved. All the shows were sold out, unfortunately people had to be turned away due to limitations on seating. Though early indications are good that we will be doing the show again sometime in the future. Stay tuned for videos from the show, we are planning on putting out some highlights from the show plus some edits of the video elements from the show as well.

GET A GRIP – L'Art du Déplacement

From the 6th until the 8th of May Trace elements will be presenting their live show 'Get a Grip - L'Art Du Déplacement' at the North Melbourne town hall. A live performance on custom built scaffold which also incorporates video to give people a taste of what we do out in the real world.

Newton's Playground – Bathurst

Trace Elements recently completed a couple days of performing at Mount Panorama in Bathurst for the Newton's Playground festival. While we were impressed by all the different abilities of the athletes who ranged from street luge, sky divers, skaters of all kinds and many other gravity defying sports, the boys and girls from the other disciplines were eager to see what we had to offer, and we didn't disappoint, with the show being a great success.
